If you’ve received a defective product, no questions asked, you will have a 15 business day window to reach out to String Sling LLC at the contact points listed below, for a return of your money, in full or for an exchange (must be some make and color). No restocking fees. All tags and original packaging must remain as shipped. We look forward to making right any wrongs, until you love the product that we can’t live without.

- Provide all details pertaining to your order number, with receipt in exchange for a return authorization provided by String Sling LLC. If an item is defective or damaged during the shipping process (our packaging is fantastic, so we don’t foresee this being an issue), String Sling will issue a prepaid return label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping, in which case buyer can use the carrier of their choice, provided tracking or signature is provided to String Sling.
